“I obtained my degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Toronto while Framing High-End Custom Homes as a Master Carpenter (through a family-run construction business).  For several years I operated as an Ontario Registered Home Inspector. I have inspected approximately 2,000 homes in the Greater Toronto Area.  In addition, I have supervised or built thirty homes including the home I lived in.  I have also maintained two rental properties for the past 10 years.   I have also assisted in Ontario New Home Warranty (Tarion) repair supervision.”

Steven’s life and career have centred on housing; as a result, he knows houses inside and out!  Through the Construction Safety Association of Ontario, Steven received training as a Health and Safety Representative, Several Trade Specific Records of Training and Train the Trainer course, Construction Site Supervision, Accident Investigation Analysis, and through them became WSIB certified.  Since then, Steven trained at the Ontario Real Estate Association’s College as well as the Bosley University and the YCR Real Estate Academy  specialized programs.
